Secara keramahan, TC DELL cukup ramah. Tapi pada akhir pertanyaan, dia dengan kasarnya memutus chatnya. Jika anda ingin chat dengan TSnya DELL, buka aja di sini. Masukkan service tag anda, kemudian tunggu sebentar. Satu-satunya kelemahan DELL yang aku rasa cukup menganggu adalah software managementnya yang jelek.
Software management DELL tidak dapat mengatur prosesor. Sedangkan milik Acer dan Toshiba dapat. Hal ini tentu saja kurang enak. Jika kita ingin menggunakan laptop kita untuk hal super ringan seperti baca buku, maka kita perlu prosesor sekecil mungkin. Hal ini akan sangat menghemat baterai dan bisa lebih lama habis. Untunglah penulis menemukan software untuk melakukan hal itu secara generick (tidak tergantung pada merek). Namanya adalah NHC (Notebook Hardware Control).
Ya sudah cukup sekian :). Nilailah sendiri bagaimana TS nya DELL.
